I was looking for houses in Georgia from out of state.

Chris took great care of me through the whole process. He did video walk throughs of the homes I was interested in, and I had a wide area of interest that he traveled to quickly with no issues of visiting. I trusted any advice he gave me on the homes he looked at and all of his references he gave were amazing people to work with. I would definitely work with Chris again in the future.

Chris was an immense help with looking for our current home.

He listened to what we were looking for and provided us with great options for us to look at it. If we ever wanted to move on or look somewhere else, Chris was accommodating and patient. He would offer an opinion on a property only when asked and specific terms. He made it clear if he thought something was concerning, but otherwise wanted my wife and I to make decisions based on what we though, not on his personal preference. Overall a great experience.

"Chris helped my wife and I buy our first home mid 2020. One of our favorite parts of working with Chris is that he is was available to us pretty much 24/7 over the 12+ months that we were house hunting. Not only did Chris promptly answer questions about properties that we brought to him, he also took the time to understand our wants and needs (including things we didn't even know we needed) and provided us with options based on his expertise.Chris is quite knowledgable of all the process and legal concepts and answered all of our questions here (and I did ask a lot). If he did not know something with authority, he always pointed us in the direction of someone within his vast network of quality contacts who would be happy to help.When it came to negotiation, Chris is a true master. For myself, negotiation is an uncomfortable and awkward process I would rather avoid, but for Chris this is something he seems to enjoy and he excels at it. I was confident that we recieved the very best deal possible without overplaying our hand. Buying our first home during a global pandemic should have been a very stressful event. But with Chris leading us through the process, we couldn't have felt more comfortable and confident that we were making the right choices for our situation. We are so happy with the results and eagerly recommend Chris to anyone we know who is in the market."

"Chris did a great job for us buying a house. We looked at many houses until we found the right one for us. He was always helpful and showed us houses based on what we wanted, all while giving great advice and not being pushy. It was difficult as we were house shopping right when the pandemic started, but he was working day and night to find the house of our dreams at a price we could afford.
